Free 20 min. Consultation

Recommended for everyone who wants to learn more about the cause and actionable steps they can begin taking regarding their injury.
My primary job here is to be an educator, so after gathering information surrounding the injury and climbing experience/level, I will be better suited to suggest whether rest, orthopedic referral, in-person rehab or a virtual climbing-specific program is most appropriate for you!
While I’m happy to offer free consultations, I kindly ask that you respect my time by providing adequate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a consultation. Thank you for understanding!
In Person Rehab

This is for those who are ready to make a meaningful change in their injury restrictions and climbing performance. Here you will receive a structured and tailored intervention plan to address your pain and return you to climbing as soon as possible. Oftentimes an injury is not only localized to one muscle, so here we will look up and down the chain to see any and all underlying weaknesses/compensations so that we can best meet all of your needs.
Here we will also go in depth about ways to safely progress loads with the equipment available to you to prevent the injury from recurring. Treatment may involve manual therapy, on-the-wall climbing drills, performance testing, and exercises.

Yes! For the people who are too far to make it for multiple follow up visits but close enough to at least have an in person exam, we can always switch to virtual program afterwards.
-
For any in person session make sure to bring your climbing shoes if appropriate and plan your time accordingly to sign in at the front desk!
-
Not every minor tweak requires a full treatment program! My advice here is that if your tweak is bothering you for >2 weeks and/or affecting how you’re climbing, it is time to get it checked out.
-
I work with plenty of international clients! When scheduling a consultation the calendar will show up on your time zone, so that is not an issue!

Programs can range in duration, but I typically offer 1-3 month programs based on your specific condition and goals.
